MSC-caught shrimp

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) is an international non-profit organisation established to address the problem of unsustainable fishing and safeguard seafood supplies for the future.

Shrimp are crustaceans – larger shrimp are called ‘prawn’ in some regions. Their sweet taste and firm texture make them ideal for a variety of dishes. Our shrimp are from the North Sea, caught only at times when the fish are neither spawning, nor otherwise vulnerable. In the higher seas surrounding Norway, they had come to feast on the plentiful krill there but have ended up a feast for you.
